ABOUT US
For over 45 years, the Cosmopolitan Women's Club has been at the forefront of civic responsibility helping local African-American middle school students, graduating high school seniors, and traditional & non-traditional current college students in their pursuit of academic excellence.
The members of the Cosmopolitan Women's Club are strongly committed to inspiring and motivating students to excel in their academic pursuits!
We also have a proud track record of helping students who are less fortunate by being an organization of encouragement and hope for them through our Spirit awards. Our organization conducts an annual scholarship ceremony (free to the public) which is attended by over 150 people including parents, school officials, and other civic organizations.
In the fall of 2021, we plan to offer another College Planning Workshop to help prepare high school students for college.
